My Surgery

Description
Upgraded to IOS4.

The purpose of this application is to store Surgical Notes about patients that we operate.
You can store Text and Images (up to 5) for each patient.
A search bar lets you search the patient by Name, Diagnosis, Cathegory, and text in the Surgical note or in the Follow up field.

You can export or import your data as CSV file (to be imported in any database as Excell, FileMaker...).
Images can be saved in the camera roll or downloaded on your desktop computer
You can send a single record as Email with or without image.
Now with IOS4 and iTunes 9.2 you can finally see your storage folder and download or upload the database, the CSV file and all the images via USB.

En conjunto con el Centro de Hipnosis Clínica de Chile (CHC), el doctor Schilling diseñó un innovador material autohipnótico, con el objetivo de ayudar a las personas a que con sus propios recursos interiores, disminuyan o desaparezcan síntomas que han llegado a afectar su calidad de vida, en este caso las adicciones a las drogas.
Funciona a partir de repeticiones de autohipnosis, ya que es un tratamiento que conjuga la hipnosis clásica, con la programación neurolingüística (PNL). Consiste en seguir la voz del sicólogo quien nos orienta hacia una profunda relajación, permitiendo una mayor capacidad de atención mental. Se recomienda hacer uso de este audio en un lugar cómodo, antes de dormir, al menos una vez al día. Es importante mencionar que durante este proceso de autohipnosis, las personas en ningún momento pierden el control de si mismos, es decir, se cuenta con la capacidad suficiente para detener el ejercicio, en caso de alguna eventualidad.

Para obtener los resultados esperados, es necesario ser constante y escuchar la grabación al menos durante un mes continuo.
