ViewRanger GPS open maps edition runs with a range of Open maps, so that it can be used virtually anywhere in the world and it comes with all the navigation features of our award winning premium maps original edition.
ViewRanger turns your iPhone or iPad into a powerful outdoors GPS navigator and helps you get more from any adventure: hiking, cycling, mountain biking, geocaching, birdwatching, riding, boating, air sports, etc.
PLAN: plot a route before you set off, adding waypoints or import other people’s routes as a GPX file.
NAVIGATE: always know your real-time location on the moving map, even receive alarms, if you veer too far off course.
RECORD: keep a log of your exploits to save, export and share.
ANALYSE: analyse performance statistics, like distance, speed, height gain/loss.
SHARE: transmit your location in real-time* whilst you are out on the trail, and see the location of friends on your screen using BuddyBeacon. (*requires data connection)
